I’ve always taken my Vitamin D3, in fact I have been taking my D3 for about 8 years now and have really noticed a change with colds in the winter. I haven’t had a major cold that really knocked me out in 8 years. Vitamin D3 has been a major benefit to me. Recently I have spent some more time researching a good diet and came across Vitamin K2 a vitamin I have not been taking and from what I have found it’s just as important a D3.
